Swiss Post is looking for the visionaries of tomorrow


The world is changing, consumers’ expectations are evolving. In its new recruitment campaign, Swiss Post is looking for specialists that are capable of developing secure solutions that make Swiss people’s lives easier and of imagining the world of tomorrow.

It took over five months of work to set up Swiss Post’s new recruitment campaign. Five months to commission an agency, define graphical guidelines, create a message, motivate 24 employees and create a website, web banners, videos, visuals – the list goes on.
The message: "Create tomorrow".
With its batch of new digital products set to transform the world of tomorrow such as e-post, SuisseID, eHealth, e-voting and MyPost24, Swiss Post needs to assemble a team comprising the best IT specialists. And that is reflected in the recruitment campaign, which is completely digital. The tone is a technical one. It talks about software, products, solutions and projects.
