More than 400 guests from governments and the finance, real estate, automotive, education and supermarket sectors attended the Tencent · China Post Winning Customers' China Tour Summit on December 14 jointly sponsored by China Post and Tencent in Jinan, east China's Shandong Province.
Themed "Energizing Marketing", the summit analyzed accurate data services provided by Tencent and China Post online and offline while displaying industry solutions through integration of the Internet and postal media that help enterprises implement market reforms. 
China Post and Tencent have continued to deepen cooperation after signing an agreement on August 18. China Post's brand advertising, outlet videos and offline media resources are now interacting with Tencent's WeChat mobile application, which has injected new energy to postal media. Products by the two parties have helped customers enter market segments and drawn a number of well-known companies to cooperate with China Post.
Tencent is a Chinese investment holding company whose subsidiaries provide media, entertainment, Internet, mobile phone and online advertising services in China.
WeChat is a social mobile application with voice and text messaging, a timeline and several social features that have made it the most popular social mobile application in China and likely to expand abroad in the future.
